Scam report on @Quzhi | 213$

@BroCain I have taken a look at the chat logs, @Quzhi was not clear about the fee. The most logical solution is 10% of fee owed of 213 which is $21.30. @Quzh in the future if you wish to charge the 10% of total amount of refunded you need to be clear about it and mention it on your thread and before accepting the order you need to tell the customer in the chat about it as well. If the customer agree to that then you are able to do it. @BroCain  Pay him the $21.30 within 24 hours.

@Liars The thread clearly states that if a customer is unable to pay the 25% in 24 hours, they will have to pay 10% more, go read it.
