$75 .... LOL. More pissed off that I now have a $500 target gift card than I care about the $75

Additional Information:
I was told that I could pickup any item from target (clarified 3 times before purchasing a $500 giftcard which was to be refunded "instantly") - After purchasing the gc he asked me for payment ($75 - 15% of $500) - which was sent prior to him doing any work whatsoever. Shortly after I sent screenshots of payment confirmation he says "brb 5 mins" and proceeds to clearing the chat. I took screenshots before he pulled a fast one on me.
