So far I recommend Data Encoder crypter but any crypter that works with C# application should do the job well (as long as it is updated by its owner/developer)

You can purchase Atom Logger along with my other product, Rogue Miner, and use the logger to automatically run the miner (or any other application) inside the systems where logger is executed.
This keylogger cannot be used on Linux / MacOS / Android / iPhone as it is only meant for Windows systems. It is not a mobile application but an executable program.
The logger comes with a feature that will allow you to either open user browser and surf on a specific webpage. This can be used to download other applications if the logger will point to a direct download link.
The same Atom Logger build can be executed on multiple computers, but doing this means that you chosen delivery method will be flooded by messages from all of them. Maybe it is better to have different builds sending reports to different delivery methods, if you have to monitor a limited number of computers.
