Advise for dealing with anxiety

hope y'all have a fantastic day, today I wanted to share some expierence with you.

I have since almost 10 years now, a anxiety disorder, social  phobia and agoraphobie. 
Here I want to share with you, how I handled my anxiety and live with it:


First some tips that for me personally works:

- Stay focused about your surroundings
- Always try to be calm and take enough time before going out, to mentally prepare for the outside world
- The best strat to overcome anxiety, is facing it head on! (Most value tip right here)
- Try to calm yourself, speak with yourself in the mind
- Always tell yourself that you aren't trapped in the place, you can always leave
- Take the step and actually leave, if you are getting overwhelmed
- Reality check yourself, if you are outside and are panicked, try to find something you can see, smell, hear and taste. (Say it loud in your mind)
- Just try to distract yourself
- Normally the anxiety lvl is like a rollercoaster, it goes waaaayyy up, but after some time, you get used to it and it goes down and stabilize itself


Other tips:

- Listen to music
- Distract yourself on the phone
- Find some actually value friends, that go out with you, have fun and not friends that give u bad mood or bring you down.



And always, find professional help if you feeling, lonely, frightened and depressed.

I find that music only makes me more anxious.

As music can give little dopamine dose, but as it's gone or that you walk 
the anxiety can be worse than before even and if you get too much used to it
then you will just get anxiety when you can't find your headphones when you are going 
outside. 


I probably distract myself too much with phone which I find as negative. 

Though I have no friends and my family wouldn't ever support me as they probably would say:

"How can you have anxiety? You have roof over the head and you have food to eat!"

Like every other disorder, it can hit everyone, the poor, the rich, the fit guys, the fat guys, the skinny guys, (or women ofc)

The normally happy guys, the sad guys.


Its fact, that anxiety is caused too by physical causes.

Find your own skills, if its getting worse, nowadays we are lucky to have google, to find help in our region.

Amazing! What I would add is working out, working out helps both physically and mentally. Great way to remove stress, anxiety, and even depression. Keep working hard and achieve your goals and don't give up! Pepelove
