Supreme Blacklist word to evade the spam / malware spreading

Add a blacklisted words for some sub-forums like 
Subforum
https://cracked.io/Forum-Accounts

Blacklisted word:

discord.gg/

This will stop the massive spam of discord server using the Accounts Forums with clickbait titles
Sadly some of these guys are using paste sites to bypass this, no idea how to combat that
