So like, it's not all my customers but some are fucking retard ass weirdos.
So over the past 24 hours, I've had x3/x4 neg reps.
The reason being is that I'm "Supposedly a scammer" because I offer replacements and don't deliver them fast enough, or I didn't deliver the product and was refunded instead.
1. Some guy got his stripe account locked and I felt bad so I offered him a replacement, now instead of waiting he got mad and said my service is LQ and he lost $135.00
Am I in the wrong? Because I don't have an obligation to replace them, only out of utter kindness, any other seller would've just let them sit with the broken account. So am I supposed to prioritize replacement orders over my real one, cause people are acting like I don't have other customers?
2. two people are mad cuz I refunded them instead of giving product
Am I in wrong? I really don't think so cuz most other people wouldn't even do anything.
As far as I care, my service is one with friendly support, I don't see other services in the KYC field offering free replacements for products and shit so idk why people take advantage of it when I do it.
