(This was from the previous time this same shit happened, he sent the money and then i got a charge back the next couple of days then i dmed him about it and it took him a week to refund it, but this is when he finally did, and then he charged back the bloody refund)

Additional Information:
Basically, the first payment was regarding the same issue however i was kind enough to spare the guy and not humiliate him infront of the community, so i waited a week to get my money back, and then his discord got termed, when he came back he added me on his new discord which can be found everywhere so it is 100% him, and then he sent the first payment which can be seen in the screenshot, and if you crossmatch it with the paypal proof you can see it was on the same date for the same amount, then the second payment was from a exchange transaction we done, (so was the first one, but he then charged back for some reason and then he was forced to refund me ofc), now today this morning i check my paypal and see two open cases, i ask him about it, and he tells me he's done everything on his side it's not his problem, saying "deal is done on his side", however, first of all, if i don't get the money then obviously the deal isn't done i paid for a exchange = 1:1 money, not some sort of fucking scam shit where he sends me the money after i send him btc/ltc and then he opens a deal disputes to get his money back, i was speaking to some people and there is defo some shady business going on as it keeps on happening, im currently using badfella to exchange and it's never happened once, and his defense is that he done what i wanted so just cause i wanted him to do friends and family with no notes he said that's not his fault anymore, however, clearly he has opened a dispute with his bank now PayPal are most likely going to ban me for his shady shit.
