I've been on the forums for close to two months now and noticed a few flaws that I would like to address. Take this from the perspective of an experienced forums user for well over a decade now. There is nothing wrong with new members coming into the community and providing services and goods but there definitely needs to be limits and restrictions to prevent constant scams and inexperienced sellers.

To start off, there is nothing wrong with new sellers like I mentioned but there needs to be certain warnings/restrictions I'll leave a few implementation suggestions before.

Exhibit A Problem: I mean we clearly have an issue with users opening an account on the same day and offering services this should be in no way allowed, being on this forum should be a privilege and you should have to contribute to the idea of cracking, leaking, etc before being able to benefit from it)


Exhibit A Solutions:

- This one is a no brainer, users should have to provide proof that they can actually provide the service, a great example is the REFUND SECTION. Without a shadow of a doubt there are people opening threads false claiming with little to no experience in refunding and screwing over tons of people, this shouldn't be allowed at all. A quick fix would make moderators/staff approve of threads based off proof of service given.

- Donating to the forum shouldn't automatically allow you too post in these high traffic sections, yes donations are great but you should also have to contribute to the forum in other manners.

- Registration date doesn't play a big factor as there are tons of high quality members joining in, rather contributions should be measured.

- User accounts that are new and follow a certain algorithm should be tagged in the marketplace with a "New user" title or something similar, forums like nulled and mpgh have adopted this after awhile due to the same issues mentioned above.

Exhibit B Problems:   There is a lack of marketplace incentives for users who have reached contributor, godlike & heaven. These users are the backbone of this forum and without them the forum wouldn't be as high quality as it is, they should have further incentives that dive into the marketplace sector.

Exhibit B Solutions: INCENTIVES, we all know by now that obtaining Contributor, Godlike & Heaven is no easy task, each of these user groups can take months if not years to be obtain based on the amount of leaks/giveaways/etc that have to be outputted to the server. Users in Contributor, Godlike, Heaven should receive further incentives to show appreciation for their contributions to the forum. (Below are straight examples and nothing more)

- Contributor (As this is easier to get) should have lower abilities maybe more frequent thread bumping, specific thread userbars, etc.

- Godlike (Heavier incentives as this takes 4+ months to get easily) include all contributor benefits + discounts to sticky purchases, thread styling, user items.

- Heaven (This usergroup should be given the biggest amount of incentives) heavier discounted sticky purchases, completely custom thread style, discounted front page banners, thread bumps that are far faster then any other group, etc.

- I will continue to add to this post in the coming weeks.

- Remember all of these exhibits are very calculated opinions based on what i've seen in the community, I myself have been scammed well over 5+ times now in two months.

Big +1 i also think more emphasis should be put on the 5 vouches symbol, for example raising the requirement or requiring some application process to get one. A badge that is a sign of quality would incentivise good service and stop scammers popping up out of nowhere with stolen / fake vouches (more encouragement for people vouching onsite takes away from screenshot vouches easily faked) 

The application process could also have a minimum time like heaven rank. This would have prevented someone like tigeh from popping up out of nowhere and running sales for a few months before scamming. Being locked in for a few months before being "verified" can take away from how easy scamming.

Could also only be accessible to contributor rank members as it would incentivise going for these ranks.

I doubt it will be added as it would lose a fair bit of money but stickys could also be limited to users with this badge. Would get rid of the fact that stickys spill over to the second page in some sub sections and would also further incentivise people to try and get this badge.

Great points and your right, the only limitation is the amount of $ being made from stickies. I think we should keep lower level users buying stickies but at the same time give those who have contributed a bit more superiority in these sections.
