Supreme Question: How can I improve my graphics design skills?

Hey there, I've made a few graphics before but nothing too crazy.
I'm familiar with photoshop, after effects, adobe xd and figma.

How can I get on the level of some designers like https://www.behance.net/spacepanel
Are there some good resource packs to use? Are there some stock animations? 

Any advice is welcomed

Improve lighting in threads, backgrounds seems flat and colors doesn't blend as should, just take a relook at your threads and improve them overtime, maybe adding some textures, shadows, lighting, using differents fonts, etc
