Additional Information: 
On 12/29/2021 I order an Amazon Prime from this guy. after my purchase i sent a ticket on his website. Sadly i dont have screenshot from the website so here is a screenshot from my email : https://imgur.com/a/dtbATJL you thought by deleted all the ticket i sent on your website i cant get proof?
Afters going around I found the discord server i immediately opened a ticket. i got a response the next day (discord ticket image proof : https://imgbb.com/Rcdmxvg) . i waited for a followup but nothing. so i check around how to contact them. most of the contact link you will find from him are linking you to another social!

After waiting 3 days for nothing i contact the seller here in c.to . And guess what he tells me ? Go open a ticket on discord!  Smart Smart Smart
Once he told me that he deleted the ticket i already opened. In Short i opened a discord ticket, it got ignored now he want me to open an other one? Bruh i aint got time with your games. 

THIS SELLER IS VERY UNPROFFESSIONAL AND I REFUSE TO SEND HIM ANY DETAILS, Emails or Password! And all that for a 12$ 

 i didnt want to write this never but this guys doesnt give me any choice. i just read his message before writing this. And i believe the staff need to see the whole story. im fully transparent i have all the proofs and why the f*** does he keep pushing to open a discord ticket? He could just do the job in c.to message. Well i got the answer for you soo he can delete that freacking ticket XD This seller is good at delete customers ticker but very bad customer service! To end this i just wanna repeat again i would not like to give this guy any of my informations because base on our conversation i cant trust this seller.

Little message for ShadowsScam next time instead of making your customers go around, you should just say:  apologize for any inconvenience and we can start right away!
Instead of playing games with your clients! By forcing them to reopen a discord ticket so that you can just ignore and delete it! And whats the point of having a ticket system on your shopify website (the only seller on c.to that uses shopify XD) if your not gonna answer them?

I Have been buying from c.to seller for years now and soo far @ShadowsScam is the worst!

@Liars as you can see in his screenshot.After he reached out to me, I told him to open new ticket and send me the ticket id for support..which is basically early stage after ordering a product. But he keeps refusing to do that.
He keeps wasting my time. Instead of doing some simple steps which he should've done earlier.
Also there is now way he can get refund bcz why should I refund if I can do the order smoothly."Change of mind" can't be applicable for Refund

@Liars as you can see in my screenshot i have already opened up a discord ticket. Which they responded, then ignored and then erased
I also open ticket on his website which totally got ignored!  

As i have told him many time and even stated it! i do not trust this guy and with that "deal with caution" on his name! i guess its not the first time this seller try to mess with his customers!
@Liars i hope you understand why im not willing to give this seller my accounts details. 

He doesn't know wtf he is doing, can't even communicate professionally like other seller here in c.to 

To be honest if i haven't commented on his post here in c.to this guys would have just keep ignoring me. 

Just to be clear im not gonna be a bitch for 12$ like this seller! I just wanna expose scam seller, unprofessional and hopefully they get punish accordingly!

I'm a regular buyer here in c.to this is the first time i have this kind of shitty service!
very disappointed, this guys wasted 3days of my time, instead starting the job when i finally able to contact him (after 3 days of searching a way to contact this guy) all he got to say is open a discord ticket. Which i already did!

he really thought i would not screenshot the discord ticket before he deletes it XD This guy shouldn't be seller here in c.to.

i had problem with other seller before and they responded correctly, solve the problem professionally, without deleting the discord ticket i already opened. I Mean wtf bro 

Shadowsscam you should be honest with you customer, instead of playing games with them.

Listen I admit that ..Ticket got closed without you getting support. Its bcz of automatic close ticket ..and there are lots of spam..tickets ..thats why.. i told instant to open new one and to ping me .. and why should I sorry about that..You wanna expose me ? I already exposed myself to google.. so keep it up and thanks for promoting ..
