Sorry you got scammed , but thats not me. There is alot of fakes running around on telegram currently while I am away its seems.

• Why did you not ask to verify on Cracked.io?
  
• Why did you not check whether the thread was closed or not  ( its closed )
  
• As @aax my friend pointed out, the thread has not been bumped or anything on my side for some time as I was away
  

I changed my telegram name , when my discord and everything got termed. So that my telegram and discord is now  the same @JuiceWRLDOnCracked. This information is on my main profile page too.



I geniuelly don't understand how people fall for these silly scams, when its just simple to ask anyone to verify themselves on cracked. Also if your case is that I am on a alt scamming users, I don't have the time nor integrity to waste my time random people.

It appears that the information hasn't been updated to reflect your latest handle. While I acknowledge that it's not entirely your fault, I believe that I am not solely responsible either.
I didn't verify the information, but it is disappointing to find an incorrect connection directly in your thread, It's almost like you're inviting for trouble to happen.

I accept my responsibility for not thoroughly checking the information. However, I also think it is equally important to update the handle in the thread, and more importantly UPDATE the name of the thread to show that it's closed.

I really don't think it's you behind the scam, but as victim of these unfortunate circumstances and the resulting neglect, I hope we can find a middle ground and work towards a fair resolution.
Because after all, I only clicked a link that was on your thread (and it still is, please change it).

Your a vitcim due to your own actions and neglect, therefore I hope you can understand how this is COMPLETELY your fault and cracked to blame for not letting users delete threads and also not auto editing closed thread titles to closed , even though you should of saw the CLOSED THREAD icon when you searched for the thread.

A locked thread doesn't necessarely mean closed sales. It only means that you can't reply to the original post anymore.

It's not a magic spell, people do it all the time, adding a suffix or straight up removing everything and putting "Closed Thread".
Yet nothing was indicated directly on the thread nor were the informations updated.

To be fair, I think it's a good system that works already. As I said when you lock a thread, it's not equivalent to stopping to provide the service, hence it would be counterproductive to implement such a function in my opinion.

I believe this user has set me up so he can receive compostion for his silly mistakes of not validating.

my one "fault" vs his countless

not pming on cracked to verify, not checking whether thread is closed, not checking if it matches the tag on my profile etc

Liablity would of only applied to me if I had the old telegram still in my cracked profile

There is no cracked rule that says you need to remove user name tags from closed threads that are no longer valid or related to me.

That used to be my tag until recently my server was termed.

Never crossed my mind I had to go back over all my threads and change tags or edit post as closed.

But he is  at full fault here regardless

Closed thread means its closed and the information in that thread may no longer be valid or unused.

Everytime I hit the user with facts, its just " I got linked to the telegram through your thread, and didn't bother checking. And paid anyway because I thought that "Worst that can happen, I report him on cracked.io". And it's just as simple as that "

If we were all like this, there should be a scam report on half the people with sales threads on this forum and others. Users failure of simple checking the facts : Closed thread, Different tag than on my profile, Outdated thread ( not bumped in 5 months ), I even have a thread that states my new telegram etc, which he would of saw if he went on my page which is 100% likely. I am sure he didnt just search my thread, and blindly click onto the outdated hyperlink and pay a random stranger and then come on here and open a scam report asking for money back to another random stranger.

Personally , I think user needs to go bruv lol. Accussing someone like this, and then asking them for money, then telling them they are in the wrong even though the user themselves has admitted openly its their fault for not checking any information.

People with this mindset is asking for trouble. he was looking to get scammed, theres no other way around it.
