What to do against hunger?

Hey guys, I'm trying to lose weight, doing okay so far.

I weight 88KG and I am 1.70m tall, I want to lose weight but it's still hard at nights.
I eat okay I guess, but in the nights when I'm watching a movie/serie or play a game orsmth, I get really hungry again.
What can I eat at night since I know eating at night is a lot worse than eating in the evening etc.

Also, what are stuff I can eat at diner etc to remain full, haven't had the feeling of being full for months now...

wanna be able to move like this pepe in the near future  DancingClown

Go to the gym, eat more to get some LB's, lift 100kg in bench press, become alpha male icecream

if you want to feel more full after a meal, increase the fat content and avoid sugary carbs. better yet avoid carbs altogether, they are the primary reason for feeling hunger.

when you're hungry instead of eating food drink alot of water till your fill, GOODLUCK!
(healthy food like often fills better & longer then junkfood)
