We have waiting times, we get 20 - 30 tickets a day, you wont get any special treatment, you’re treated like the rest of our customers, no other customers have complains about our system because they have patience. If you’re inpatient we simple put your ticket last in the que. Next time have patience, understand how business works, just cos’ you made this scam report doesn’t mean I’m going to speed up your ticket, sit your ass down and wait like everyone else.

You don’t set the time, me and my support team do with the ”traffic” in tickets and since you’re inpatient, you’re not a priority. You don’t make the rules when buying products from me, learn your place as a customer, have respect and patience, go learn.
I do not know who it's not respectfull in all this, when your staff and your members are racist and kidding about a ticket. Learn to make yourself the staff / to do a good deal.

You came into my server mass pinging me, spamming about your issue on our public chats, showing 0 respect, patience and breaking our server rules and then you get upset over the fact that my staff was rude to you? Get a grip. If you actually followed rules, showed my staff and me respect and had just a little bit of patience, then we wouldn’t be having this issue, my staff wouldn’t be going at you.
