Alright I’ve just reviewed his ticket and I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s fucking retarded.
So valorant accounts work like this:
Unverified accounts: Can sign into both website and launcher without 2FA code.
Verified accounts: Can’t sign into the website without 2FA code, BUT can be used in the launcher and as you can see in the screenshot provided, he was actually using the correct login when trying the account on the website, otherwise he wouldn’t be promted with a 2FA message.
(In short terms, both unverified and verified accounts can be played with, they just work differently on the website)
He then proceeds to sign in with the login on the launcher which came out as invalid which doesn’t make any sense because you use the same login on both the website and launcher. So either he’s lying through his teeth or he simply just typed the password wrong in the actual launcher.
In conclusion, Dynasty received a working product at the moment of purchase and he proved that himself by being able to use the login on the website (if account is invalid, then you wont be promted with a 2FA code request) whatever happened to the account afterwards is out of my control because in the description of my valorant accounts it states: You will be replaced if your product is invalid at the moment of sign in. This product does NOT have a warranty for if the account goes invalid by time.
I have fulfilled my part as the seller, I gave my customer what he paid for and he simply failed to use the product correctly. The time he wasted complaining about his own human error is time he could’ve spent well with the actual account.

He paid for a valorant account to be able to play with and that is what he received, not being able to login on the website due to 2FA only proves my point further, the account was working and he could’ve still used the account in the launcher to play with, not being able to sign into the website cos of 2FA doesn’t effect the ability to sign in and play through the launcher.
