i need to lose 5 lbs in 3 days... help!

i want/need to lose 5 lbs in 3 days. ive done it before --went keto, did a lot of cardio/weights (adderall helps.) 

need any advice from those that have done it. i can't seem to find any motivation

currently: 6', 205lbs

3 days is too short. Unless sweat tons of water.

Should do a fasting schedule. 

Don't eat until 11:50AM then after you can eat until 6:00PM. (This helps a lot)

Also stay away from carbs such as bread etc as it could block you system and also its a source of fat.

Carbs only turn into fat if you are not consuming that energy by being inactive / lazy. You can eat carbs, but only do if you are on consistent workout schedule. Also, eating habits during a specific time is dependent on your body --what may be applicant to you, may not be for the others. All these time specifics are mostly fake and/or heresy/bro science information.

If you are diabetic you can eat sugar and don’t give yourself insulin and you will lose that weight.

For me the easiest was your calorie count. You can google a calorie calculator and input your body height and weight for the daily calculation. Usually an average adult is supposed to only have 2,000 calories a day. Going 1800-1900 would be a good stepping stone ? Again I’d check with the calculator for specifics.
