Private messages tabs in shout box suggestion

I understand that we already have a private messaging system put in place + the whisper system in shout box, however those whispers 11/10 get launched below by chatters using the shout box and the private messaging system is email-like and doesn't provide instant interaction, hence why I am here suggesting the addition of dedicated tabs for “whispers” or a brand-new private messaging feature that allows you to chat with users privately on a dedicated shout box tab

Benefits of having a dedicated channel for private messaging:            

having a dedicated channel for private messaging could for once help reduce the spam-like behaviour of the shout box (I hope) and also could ease communication between sellers and buyers which would decrease risk of being scammed through the use of 3rd party services     ‎
