reCAPTCHA is missing when logging in from restricted pages

If you're a guest and open a page that only logged-in members can view (i.e., https://cracked.to/credits.php), you're prompted with a login form missing the reCAPTCHA challenge.
Because the reCAPTCHA challenge is missing, if you try to log in, you'll be redirected to https://cracked.to/member.php with the "Please solve the reCAPTCHA to verify that you're not a robot." error.
So you basically have to log in twice.

i believe cracked.to/shoutbox.php should also have it, if i try to visit shout box i also have to login twice
