Additional Information:
Our agreement was 200$ for a month to get down a website 95% if the specs doesn’t change, in the 5 days it was like 50% down, and from 27th of April until 1st of May was down 95%.
I contacted him on the 1st and his response was “fixing today” - screenshot 1
On the 2nd he didn’t answer
3th of may - he said that the owner of the website changed the spec - screenshot 2
4th of may- didn’t respond 5th of may - he said that he didn’t work on it because he had a full “blackout” day And then until yesterday he didn’t contacted me or do anything about our agreement until I said that I want my money back, then after 1 hour the website was down for like 1-2 hours, then back up again.
He is saying that he is having exams but isn’t my problem. I gave him 9 days to get the work done, he just excuses himself. He was thinking that I will not say anything and the time passes.

So the things is a customer of mine ordered my ddos attack service for a month of holding a site (https://salonevenimente.ro/) for 200$. We agreed on the site would be down for 95% because there is some proxy pool changes and some about the attack. Lastly a great to know thing, layer7 (Application layer, for example websites) attack require hardware and proxies to be successful and it cost money. also sometimes tuning on the attack methods to use the correct useragent that able to pass the target's firewall rules. That is still an extra what I did because we agreed on the same specs what the site had when he purchased the service.

Shortly, we agreed on continious attack about the site with a specific specs that it had and I only guaranteed the downtime if the site have these specific level of specs like protection, hosting and else. Its changed after a few days ago and it caused the whole arguement about the service. I dont think I need to make the site down over what we agreed on and do extra job about it. Specially at that amount of monthly budget.

We made the agreement in dms. And I directly mentioned I guarantee the downtime for the same specs.

The attack ran fully until May 9 when we started argueing about that topic. The was just not down because the attack power what was added for the service was simply not enough anymore. And the budget (for more high quality proxy and a more powerful hardware) is not enough to down it again for the remaining amount of days.


1. From the start the website was down 2-3 hours and then up until I messaged him.
2. You said that you responded, but you didn’t respond for 2 days, you can see in my screenshot. And then you got silent until yesterday when I said that I want my money back.
3. You said that the attack run until yesterday, but after I messaged you about the refund, you instantly got the website down. You didn’t work on it, and you did when things got serious.
4. Our agreement was that the website will be down 95% but if the owner will change the spec, the downtime will lower, but you didn’t do 95% downtime in the first few days when the website spec was like when we agreed on. You had 9 days to get the website down, I messaged you 3 times and you didn’t do anything

Edit: like you said in dms, you are busy with the exams, but I don’t need to wait for you to finish them.
