When someone sends you a PM within the forum, you receive 2 notifications, 1 notifying you the person who sends you the PM and another in the mailbox, when you enter directly into the notification that arrives in the mailbox, this will disappear, but you will still see the alert of the person who sends you the PM with the title, and if you go directly to the PM of the person entering through the notifications and not through the mailbox notification, the alert will disappear in the 2, I think that is what should happen in the first one
