it was stable sir, you can check proofs i posted here, he asked me to test config which i did and showed him results, he knew that it was locking hits and he still took it, saying that he would sort that out by him self, that's why i gave him even more discount, so why i have to refund him? other customer also bought it from me and he never complained, i also provided proof of that too, please check proofs i sent because it's clear that he is wrong here, he knew what he was buying and still bought it, i haven't hide anything.
Besides that hit locking issue (which he knew about it) config was scanning combos fine on great speeds and was stable for weeks.

Please check pics i sent again because it proves that i tested config and told him that it was locking hits and he still bought it after that and it also shows that config is getting stable good cpm and also giving valid hits.
