Also, I can't manually open tickets for you, that's not the way our ticket bot works. When YOU open a ticket, it opens a ticket for you. I've already showed our ticket dashboard and I havent had tickets in the past 3 days like you are claiming this all took place

I can show audit logs screen recording no problem, but as you can see in my image I searched for your ENTIRE discord username, and there's no results

No ones banned from my server, as you can see in the ban logs of the audit section. I keep asking you for cooperation so I can investigate further for you, but you are not providing invoice ID, email screenshot, transaction ID, or any proof of payment.

I need your proof of payment so I can investigate further for you. Instead of sending everything privately to staff, post it in here so we can all see it and I'll be more than happy to help?

Not only that, we have tons of vouches, tons of sales, never any issues. We've also refunded people who the chair didn't work for, either. Which I can show proof of.

There's no reason for us to tarnish our reputation for $20.
