Crypto address for a refund: Bought a level 3 verified paxful account on 1st July but got a level 2 account with no access to the number that is on the account and its asking video verification on every trade, created a ticket on his support bot dm'ed him but no reply then i created a ticket on a known marketplace and he replied me there after 2 days that he will replace in 1 day lol told him i didn't need it anymore and this was his response https://ibb.co/BzJM2sv

Customer is doing all this to get "refunded" on a product he didn't even give me time to look into or enough information to actually replace him. Refunding is the ultimate solution of an issue, Replacement is the first and foremost solution for an issue. @Liars
