Scam report for @EarthOwner (Kenix)

I'd like to preface this... this is the 2nd Scam report I have opened on him.  Again dealing with continuous communication and replacement issues.  Love that he is still striving on the forums after several others also open scam reports.

Sales Thread: Multiple on his profile for XBOX Gamepass Ultimate Lifetime, Netflix Lifetime, HBO Max Lifetime, Prime Video Lifetime, etc.

Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Netflix Lifetime (for a customer) and XBOX Gamepass.  I was reselling Kenix's services with his permission.
Screenshots of Communication: https://prnt.sc/YIxmuBuvSKzn - I messaged him originally to let him know my previous Discord account was banned.  I also opened a ticket.  The ticket was immediately closed where he claims he has refunded me for this.  He has never refunded me for any of the services I have purchased from him because he has fixed them each time.
I opened another ticket where he says he will close it again: https://prnt.sc/gYhjgMOpaTmy  He forwards me to a message of his that states my login + proof of purchase needs to be sent.  I do not have access to proof of purchase as I do not have the account anymore.  Although, if he shows message history, we can surely find it and I can pinpoint the transaction in my Crypto wallet.

Additional Information:  Customer had an issue with their Netflix (All of the other accounts currently have no had any issues in quite some time).  The customer contacted me to get the account fixed.  Unfortunately, my Discord account was banned ~1 week ago.  I no longer have any access to previous message history with Kenix.  However, the account is not deleted yet and Kenix can surely access the message history of the account.  I can also show proof from the account (provided the customer sends it) where Kenix has purchased the Netflix membership on the account in the past.

Crypto address for a refund: Not needed unless he is refunding.

I no longer have access to the Discord account with the chat history.  You can check the message history from that account and send a full export of the chat.

Working with the customer now to determine the date that they originally purchased so I can find the txid associated.

I can also show proof from the Netflix account where you have purchased the membership.

In other words you cannot provide proof of purchase and still report me, wont fix anything before you provide proof of purchasing this particular account login. Dont need txid, need proof that shows previous mentioned.

Send the full chat export from the banned Discord account.  

You're taking advantage of the fact my Discord account was banned.  I no longer have any access to show the proof you are requesting.

Surely an Admin here can check the chats in private.

Still working with customer to find proof of purchase of Netflix membership by you.

The chats were never deleted.  You have access to the chats on my banned account.
