I'd like to preface this... this is the 2nd Scam report I have opened on him. Again dealing with continuous communication and replacement issues. Love that he is still striving on the forums after several others also open scam reports.

Sales Thread: Multiple on his profile for XBOX Gamepass Ultimate Lifetime, Netflix Lifetime, HBO Max Lifetime, Prime Video Lifetime, etc.
Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Netflix Lifetime (for a customer) and XBOX Gamepass. I was reselling Kenix's services with his permission.
Screenshots of Communication: https://prnt.sc/YIxmuBuvSKzn - I messaged him originally to let him know my previous Discord account was banned. I also opened a ticket. The ticket was immediately closed where he claims he has refunded me for this. He has never refunded me for any of the services I have purchased from him because he has fixed them each time.
I opened another ticket where he says he will close it again: https://prnt.sc/gYhjgMOpaTmy He forwards me to a message of his that states my login + proof of purchase needs to be sent. I do not have access to proof of purchase as I do not have the account anymore. Although, if he shows message history, we can surely find it and I can pinpoint the transaction in my Crypto wallet.
Additional Information: Customer had an issue with their Netflix (All of the other accounts currently have no had any issues in quite some time). The customer contacted me to get the account fixed. Unfortunately, my Discord account was banned ~1 week ago. I no longer have any access to previous message history with Kenix. However, the account is not deleted yet and Kenix can surely access the message history of the account. I can also show proof from the account (provided the customer sends it) where Kenix has purchased the Netflix membership on the account in the past.
Crypto address for a refund: Not needed unless he is refunding.
