The account seem to have work but how long did you get to use it for?
I checked his ticket roughly 12 hours after the issue was brought to us and when I tried it it was invalid on both site and launcher, but yet again we wont replace that because he triggered the 2FA warning and notified the owner by logging in on the website. If he actually knew how to use his product he would be able to probably still use his account by just playing through the launcher.

The account, worked only to login via website but via launcher never worked lol.
There isn’t seperate logins for the launcher/website, both have the same login. You were able to sign into the website, then the same goes for the launcher.

How is this fair for me as the seller? There is literal clear proof that his account was working and I don’t provide warranty for accounts that go invalid by time, its stated in my replacement terms. I have fulfilled my part and yet I’m the one who’s in the wrong? He bought something that he didn’t know how to use and because of his human error I have to waste resources and money to get him a replacement? It’s like buying a car, crashing it and then telling the seller ”I don’t know how to drive, but I demand a new car”
I mean, your account didn't worked, worked via only on website but got 2fa. You are just saying you are getting an account like an roulette but it's not one.

You don’t get information through your thick skull, if the account works on website and you get a 2FA message then it means the login is valid and the account is usable through the launcher, but since you logged in through the website first and not the launcher, you most likely notified the owner who then changed password. You bought something that you didn’t know how to use, it was a valid product but your human errrors simply ruined it for yourself.

I believe you should have given the seller instructions to log into the account after he bought it. It's your responsibility to give proper usage instructions. Sure, it's a human error, and it is caused by the users inexperience for sure as well. However, you should provide a guide or explanation on how to use the accounts when you sell them. Not all buyers are aware of how to properly log into the accounts to avoid them from being instantly recovered. He clearly doesn't know how to use them and that is partially if not completely your fault as a seller. You should make a guide on how to use the accounts like one of your customers has suggested in the reviews to avoid this from happening in the future. Therefore, provide him a replacement with the correct instructions.

I will provide a refund, not a replacement because this guy doesn’t have the mental capacity to process information correctly, he will fuck up the account once more and then blame me for it and he clearly has intensions to do it again because you’re promoting that sort of behavior. I’m doing the refund under protest and I will not provide tutorials for my products because if you buy something, you’re suppose to know how to use it. Never in my 5+ years of selling have I encountred an issue like this, never had a customer complain about not understanding how to use the actual product, especially not a cracked account. You don’t buy a house if you don’t know how to pay bills, you don’t buy a car if you don’t know how to drive. He should’ve asked for instructions beforehand because you don’t buy something that you don’t know how to use, simple.
I hope you make an effort to change your perspective on your sellers on your forum because this is not fair at all for me and I know a lot of other people will agree with me on this. i’m going to have to consider to cease sales on this forum if this is what we sellers have to deal with, if this is the way we’re being treated.
